Inside Dhaka and Chittagong :
- Customers may return their order(s) to the delivery man before making the payment. Trial is encouraged as long as the delivery man is present so that return can be made swiftly without any inconvenience.In this case customer must pay the applicable delivery charge.
- If the customer wants to return the product after deliveryman leaves, then they must call 01960400200 and inform us. We will arrange the pick up by our delivery agent and refund will be done by bKash only after we receive the product.
Outside Dhaka :
- Product must be returned to our office first via any courier service. After receiving the product we will refund by bKash.
Conditions :
- We will have to deduct the delivery charge.
- 5% refund servicing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
